Every order is packed with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our pieces are made to order with our trusted production partners, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €40. A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout for smaller orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love every purchase. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email us at hello@bunnymoon.online with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received.
